Mohd Noor, the managing partner, co-founded Mohd Noor & Associates in 1992.

An active member in the community, Mohd Noor also shares his time and talent with civic and charitable organizations. He sits in Trade Advisory Committee of the Malaysian National Vocational Training Council and one of the panel member to the Malaysian Lawyers Disciplinary Board,

In the past, Mohd Noor has been President of Malaysian Association of Company Secretaries, member of MIT CPD Committee, MIA Public Practice Committee and Practice Review Committee. Currently sit as a member of the MICPA Public Practice Committee and MIA Taxation Committee and Legislation Review Sub Committee.

His Areas of Concentration are Tax, business and personal planning, and management advisory services for individuals and corporations.

Ismail joined the firm in 2000. He prides himself on providing "hands-on" service to our clients and enjoys working closely with business owners in assisting them obtain their business and financial goals.

Ismail works with closely-held businesses both locally and throughout the East Coast region providing business advisory services, assistance with managing expansion and growth, assistance in obtaining and maintaining financing, and general financial statement and tax services.

Having trained with the firm since 1995 and a director from 2001, Ku Asma'Lailah client portfolio ranges from start-up businesses, through family controlled companies, to Bursa Malaysia listed entities, many with an international connection.

She has experience in corporate finance matters as well as audit, accounting and business management

Kalsom has many years of tax experience with our firm. A member of the firm's Tax Department and one of the firm's tax specialists, Kalsom spends much of her time assisting clients with Tax compliance. She also played a major role in the tax planning for individuals and small businesses.

Norfazila is a member of firm's Business Processes division. She has several yeas of experience in transportation industry prior to joining the firm. Her expertise is in the financial management, human resource and franchising.

Norizzan Omar is the managing Company Secretary and has been advising local and foreign businessman in setting up of business in Malaysia. She has advices on corporate restructuring and involve in the Companies IPOs.

Juhaida Hashim specializes in auditing and other financial reporting for closely held businesses in a variety of industries and is in charge of Alor Setar Branch. She also specializes in small business accounting, taxation and tax planning to closely-held businesses

Gan Chee Keng is the in-charge of Muar Branch with vast experience in financial services. He advices small and medium business on business strategy and financial planning.
